DON T WORK HERE. Terrible organization. Low pay, poor health insurance benefits, no raises, overly large case loads, very limited opportunities for supervision or guidance with very challenging clientele. There is way too much management , and management is totally disconnected from the day to day challenges that their employees face. There is constant turnover due to unhappy employees and management is heavy handed and quick to write up, or fire employees at the blink of an eye. Absolutely no value is placed upon loyalty , or upon appreciating dedicated workers. Client care is secondary to the companies desire to make money. Horrible place to work. Save yourself the heartache .
