Meridian is a General contractor in civil construction, performing earthwork, flood control, structural concrete, road construction, dewatering, structural steel, mining maintenance and other infrastructure that impact our communities.

Large geographic footprint that requires travel for the employee with Grit and Tenacity!

The employees care and sincerely try because they want better for the company as a whole. The Owner/CEO cares and knows everyone by name.

Unfortunately the “Management” boils down to 2 people who are never in the office and work out of different states! Whatever these 2 people say, goes, yet everyone who actually work in the field or in the office can see that they are oblivious. No trust and autonomy to make simple local decisions due to the micromanagement from out of state. Hiring/Firing over the phone from these 2 “managers.” Division amongst the states causes animosity between offices. No companywide consistency, every day is a new set of “rules.”
