Pros
Merichem is small and if that's your thing it has all the pluses. Management doesn't breath down your neck, you are free to do your job however it best makes sense, and nobody tells you know to making things better. They are willing to spend money on basic training needs as well.
Cons
Being small sometimes means there is more to do than there are people. It also sometimes means doing things that aren't your job because they have to get done. They are also only in the oil and gas industry, which is cyclic by nature.
