All abut irish - Anonymous employee Mergon Employee Review

Management is absolutely useless, all the do is complain about everybody else, couldn't do what they are asking themselves, milking paychecks. They are the most ignorant people i've ever dealt with. Two people talk to everybody like dogs, and are currently running mergon in the ground. The owners don't care their in Ireland rolling in the money and the whole plant is falling apart. They wont give out and money, they treat you like you owe them something, an their hateful. I wouldn't recommend working there to anybody
