Pros
Great people, I cannot stress that enough. The team is small and tight-knit. Everyone takes an active part in getting to know one another and the group like to have fun on the job. Everyone has a lot on their plate due to the large demand from a small company, but having direct relationships with fans, customers, record stores, and like-minded companies in the industry is something truly unique.
Cons
Since the company is small, every role takes on A LOT of responsibility met with high expectations. This can be daunting as there's not a lot infrastructure to lend help (it's all on you), but it's a great learning experience as you're challenged to use your critical thinking in finding solutions on the fly. There is also no much room to work your way up or expand upon your position.
