Cons
This place is a mess. The turnover is insane. We've had completely new leadership and have churned through CEOs. Complete lack of diversity, hardly any women in the executive level, and no people of color in management or executive positions. Their solution to deal with toxic employees is to hire more employees to clean up their mess. Employees are not empowered to make decisions, and their ships have not been in service since the start of COVID. Can't get quality talent due to location in TX, and struggling to recruit volunteers while simultaneously burning out the ones still working. I would avoid in this season.
