      It's great to have your doctors here, to really see great medical advances firsthand

      Cons

      Very inflexible in inclement weather, even for nonessential staff. Ridiculous medical changes even when you're an employee, on their insurance, at their facility. Limited advancement potential since HR picks and chooses who to forward to hiring managers.
