Great Coworkers, flexible time off. If you were looking to be employed here, give yourself a 2 year limit.
Cons
Upper management does not care about their employees. You are micromanaged most of the time. Things that are a necessity to do your job are not provided or are often forgotten about. There’s push back to creativity or changes for improvement from upper management. Human Resources does not help with mediation. Employees are overworked due to constant staff turnover. Procrastination with event planning. There is no “open door policy” no matter how many times this phrase is used.
