Pros
Very challenging, lots of work and new projects, lots of opportunities to improve and develop, great people to work with. Great engineers to work with. Tons of opportunities for creativity and innovation. Ton of opportunities for improvement and growth.
Cons
Very very busy! Hard not to get inundated. Been tough to find balance in life this past year. In Phx there are 2 main businesses, MSS which build MCM's, and the SMT side. MCM side is awesome. The SMT side has good people but the leadership SUCKS, causing a revolving door of employees below them. Bonus's are kinda small - would love to be compensated more with equity & for performance.
