      Mercury has so much to offer you if you are willing to step up and do your job. It's all about team work and sharing same goals no matter which part or function of the company you belong to.

      Flexible organization & involved leadership with lots of room for growth

      lengthy onboarding process/trainings but I do understand the need for this

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
