      The growth opportunities and engagement at Mercury truly makes it exciting to come in to work. Teamwork (within business units as well as across the entire company) is better than I have seen at any other company.

      Cons

      Employees must understand how to maintain a work-life balance to keep up with the level of engagement necessary.
