We offer unlimited training opportunities to employees through Lynda.com and last year implemented a comprehensive management development curriculum called Mercury Managers Matter (M3), for managers or employees with management potential. We are also working on a similar development program from individual contributors and a “systems engineering” program which will ensure we are onboarding well-rounded employees and that knowledge transfer between longtime experts and junior talent is happening companywide.
