Pros
I find that at Mercury Systems we have really friendly co-workers. Engaged management from the CEO down to first line leaders. As a veteran who has spent most of my adult life in the military or working directly with them I find it great to be assisting building the best components we can to help my brothers and sisters in arm.
Cons
Sometimes the workload requires late nights and weekend work. However they did make that known when I was interviewing.
