Pros
Mercury has a strong community feel. You are not a number like you can get a large companies. Mercury is open to new ideas/suggestions on how to make work life better. They have both a social committee and engagement team to ensure this is a great place to work.
Cons
Due to the size you can always leverage the benefits you might get at a larger company. That said for the size it is very competitive and I feel the Pros out weigh the cons.
