I don't know about all of management but my management on my team was terrible. Management would scold people in front of the team and rarely had anything good to say about anyone. Management also did not set people up for success. Management seemed to not be interested in employees as people and therefor didn't seem to care for them as such. I went there thinking it was the best opportunity. I left wishing I never went. The way management treated me and others honestly had me depressed. I worked 12 hour days and even on weekends sometimes. No one cared. My mental health declined significantly while working here. I was even depressed for a while after I left. I'm no longer depressed but it still really bothers me how I and others were treated and how apparently it was okay. When you're an employee, you can't go to HR. The manager will just deny everything. Plus the fear of being punished or pushed out the door because you stood up for yourself. This was a very sad and hurtful experience. I've had bad experiences before but I've never felt the need to write a review. I haven't worked there in months now....It still gets to me.
