I am very happy I have had the opportunity to work at Mercom. I get to work closely with all team members, especially executive leadership and I work on clients and projects that are making a difference in the world! The experience I have gained working here is invaluable. Management is always open to new ideas and actually encourages them. Management always have our backs. Management worked with me on flexible hours, so I could balance family time.
Cons
It is important to enjoy the B2B technology side and you must be willing to spend the time to stay on top of the industries we work in. You occasionally have early morning or late hours to connect with the global team, but that can also be fun.
