Pros

It started off as a good company with flexibility and trust and has now turned into a business where you are constantly micro managed. They promise flexibility especially when you have children but offer none and say it's a business need. I wouldn't waste your time applying for the company if you have kids as it will be detrimental to your mental health if you take a job here. You will be expected to work 5 days a week with times that they set.

Cons

No flexability Micro managed Always short staff Management don't listen Toxic culture where senior managers ensure they get rid of you if you speak up and you're face doesn't fit. Too much work when there isn't enough consultants so you are always changing dates for clients etc Blame culture Poor IT systems

Pros

Flexible employer who responds well to personal matters impacting work life balance.

Cons

- I felt i was not given opportunities to prosper or develop in areas of interest. - I felt i was treated like a trainee of having to ask for permission to perform tasks, instead of showing initiative. - I felt i was micromanaged to the extent my manager demanded weekly emails detailing what work i did during the week, how long each task took, what tasks i will be doing next week and how long each task will take and then what i have in my pipeline of work. On top of this was constant outlook calendar monitoring.

Pros

The business is very flexible - something I find particularly helpful as a working parent. It's great not having to compromise between my career and picking up my kids. Lots of opportunity for personal development, whether it's in the department you started out in or another. Many colleagues have ended up doing jobs different from what they were originally recruited for as the business encourages them to match up their skills to their perfect role.

Cons

With so many people working remotely from all corners of the country it's a shame the team can't get together more often.
