Good pay and work independently

Not enough work mostly seasonal.

Once I got used to the store(s) that the company entitled me to work in, I always felt at home, and respected for my work that I was assigned. Work didn't feel like work, it felt more like rearranging my own home.

The pay management used to be accessable to employees, when a question of pay periods came up, since my leaving it, the number became less accessable to employees, which I think is wrong.
