Pros
Excellent pay, inspiring leaders, ability to work more hours (as much as you want) at the same rate, bonuses for meeting goals, referral commissions for referring people that get hired and work 10 hrs (uncapped), and asynchronous work on your time.
Cons
Micromanagement of some individuals can ruin a good thing for everyone. Pausing of contract - no clocking hours - when in client negotiations or system updates.
If a pay discrepancy occurs, it takes a month or more and many requests to get sorted.
