It taught me the basics of consulting-client service and project management.
Cons
Performance assessments were conducted by managers and criteria was unclear for moving to the next level. It functioned as an organization of silos. Very few options for training and/or learning and (if available) were limited to online. Huge variance on management styles. The manager for the project really determine how efficiently and transparently work was done.
