Pros

- People are polite and most know how to have a good time - big name, get a lot of great exposures to the healthcare industry (if you're into it) - cool events that broaden your network internally and externally

Cons

- No growth. I see senior associates 5 years older than me not doing anything different than my job - Bureaucratic. People are nice but I was assigned a pretty bad manager, in my very unlucky case it severely impacted my career. However, my friends there with supportive managers are still thriving! Overall, the people associated with you have more impact than your actual ability to deliver. Their ability and willingness to advocate for you matters, and frankly it is the only way up. - People are COMFORTABLE: At one point I looked at the people around me and realized I didn't want to turn into anyone of them. For someone in their early twenties who actually care about learning, challenging, and discovering my professional self, I don't see a fit - Pay so little it's EMBARRASSING !! They have very high quality candidates from Cal, Harvard, Stanford, but are so successful at making them feel like nothing with a 70k salary and 50 hour work week

Pros

paid well, honored sick leave and FMLA, reasonable benefits,

Cons

They don't actually pay bonuses, or at least not to new hires who fall through the cracks of team and project assignments - and they'll claim it's that person's fault with no way to change what's happening around them. Management supports discriminatory and bullying behavior regarding who gets billable work, who attends meetings and on-sites, etc. Mostly, men go and only younger or non-technical women. They had men present women's work as their own. If you protest too much, you're on the radar for life and anything you say can be misconstrued. You'll be told to not criticize or disparage coworkers, even though they all criticize you constantly.
