      Couldn't honestly think of anything

      Cons

      They changed our health insurance this year to terrible plans. This is iur business and we offer lesser plans at more cost. Amd we are supposed to consultant to our clients? This company continues to lose good workers and hires kids with no experience.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
