      Lots and lots of in-depth learning. Room to grow, amazing colleagues willing to teach you along the way. The world in your oyster and you learn as much as you want if you have an interest and get the support you need. They are very forward thinking when it comes to their staff wellbeing and mental health.

      None. Seriously the best place I have EVER worked for.

      Pros

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
