Pros
The people I work with are nice. My manager is great and tries to allow flexibility in schedule and promote work life balance.
Cons
Compensation is low. Raises are very minimal. They dont fully fund bonuses. Its very hard to get a good rating bc of the rating bands. If you promote within you get underpaid. A lot of positions are overworked and underpaid.
