      Flexible work time, interesting projects, terrific colleagues from Senior Principal down.

      Cons

      H&B Leadership is not the best, difficult to move to new roles since usually still need to support former roles, usual ridigity of a large firm

      Pros

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
