      Really enjoy most of the people who I work with, and the office culture is generally positive.

      Cons

      Little to no flexibility for upward mobility, and occasionally baffling decision from higher up roles that have led to our jobs being harder in the pursuit of a few extra fractions of a profit margin.

      Pros

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
