Pros
Family atmosphere, dealer principal is easy to approach unlike other owners. BBQ lunches in summer time, jumpstarts to raise awareness and announce new and upcoming things.
Cons
Keep adding work but no extra pay, process' keep changing. Employees wear many different hats. Too much emphasis on treating clients right, that management forgets about employees.
