I personally have had a great experience at Mercari. The leadership has always valued my ideas and has guided me in the right direction since my joining. Wherever my ideas dont work, they respectfully share the context as to why. The 3 days work from home also gives me so much flexiblity to focus on both professional and personal
Cons
I dont like that the office is moving now. Given that ORR is always chocka-blocked, moving the location away in further towards Kadubeesanalli will take away a lot of our time on commute.
