      Pros

      Friendly colleagues and ability to work remote, good benefits package

      Cons

      Disorganized leadership, no long term strategy, laid off over half the company right after I was hired, tons of nepotism, no guidance or support from JP leadership. US company is not doing well and seems to be going under.

      Pros

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Cons

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
