      some select coworkers were amazing & are still friends whether they work there or not now.

      Cons

      management was shady! my defenses & boundaries have been up since i worked here. with all the changes, they were bound to fail. if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Cons

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
