Leadership started to get all kinds of monitoring tools to track your occupancy - what tickets you’ve touched/how active you are on Zendesk. It’s getting way too overwhelming and insane. If you hire us, please trust your people will do a good job and stop all the monitoring. You also have a set schedule for your breaks/lunch which doesn’t make sense sometimes (1st break is 3-4 hours after your shift starts..??? What??) if you don’t take your breaks/lunch at the schedule time, you will get % deducted from your “coherence”… Also, management is a joke. They promo people they like, they don’t even bother to hide the favoritism. People who joined CX team in less than a year can be promoted while there’s amazing and knowledgeable agents who been with the company for 4-5 years never got promoted. I just feel so bad for my awesome coworkers who never got the promotion they deserved. I personally been with the company for 2 years and my only raise is literally $0.66… It’s almost a humiliation. Leadership always said I was doing a great job, helping the team a lot, and yet that’s what I got. Yes. 66 cents raise.
