Pros
Flexible working, good work/life balance, competitive pay, interesting clients/projects, latest technologies, friendly and knowledgeable team members that are happy to help out. There are plenty of internal events which means you still feel part of something even when you spend most of your time working for clients. Inclusive culture with active initiatives to improve diversity.
Cons
Team members are geographically distributed and mostly work from home which limits face to face interactions, however there are social events about once a month.
