      None. Director is Flip-flopper. Dose seasonal hiring for students admission and then fires the employee.

      Cons

      It’s not a company not registered. No CIN number, No rules and regulations No PF or medical compensation. No form 16 or tax deduction - organisation comes under unorganised sector. No leave policy is there. Gives work during holidays- worst work life balance.

      Accepts freshers 12th pass can also get work Average salary

      Cons

      Salary is late , like after 15-20 days of next month you will get salary Office politics , 6 months provision period , HR drama for taking leave , PF , Increment is very rare Mass firing and hiring occurs per season of admission .
