      Pros

      1. Very good company to work with. 2. what ever they promise they actually deliver. They will not offer your very high rate but what they will offer you they will do it. 3. As contractor we always wants to work with transparent company about rate and project, they are very transparent company. 4. Recruiters are very good in marketing.. they got me 16 interviews in month for my bay area location.

      Cons

      They are more effective in some locations like CA,PA,NJ,NY; not all over USA for projects.
