Pros
The company has seen ups and downs like any other IT company and has been profitable for last several years running. Benefits are unheard of for so called "small company" - medical insurance including parents, paid learning / certifications, Work from home options, short term onsite opportunities etc.
Management has open door policy and believes in positive engagement of the employees. India office even has monthly company update meeting to let the team how things are going, new projects etc,
The company is driven by passionate people and have high expectations of employees and mediocre people may not be able to survive.
Cons
As new technology is used mostly, it is not a 9-5 job. Not many Cons here. I really enjoy working here and look forward to coming to work each day.
