While there is very good development team in India, the US team fails in multiple areas -
So called BAs - they are just good at talking and have no clue on how capture requirements in story boards.
BA and UI designer work with no coordination with the development team.
Senior management including global delivery manager mix up Agile process with waterfall approach and add to confusion.
Development team is held responsible for any problems like delays in delivery and quality issues even when these are caused because of bad work from BA. Sometimes team has to work late to make up for the failures of the BA and UI designers.
Management -
Company hired few very senior management people who are close to retirement and are in probably for the money and also may be no other company will hire them.
Confused or no growth plan.
No investment in R&D, but expect development team to meet project requirements on new technologies.
Micromanagement.
