Their branding and concepts are spot on and deliver realistic products and services to a community they know inside and out. Fun employee events, and a strong desire to take care of good workers.

There is no commitment to projects. If you are going one way it can change in 30 min if someone says something insightful. Because it's endless investment they scratch and draw on the turn of a dime which can be a never ending task from an operations point of view. Think second generation mom and pop with google money. They tout a well structured and effeceint company, but really work hap hazard. Some thrive in this setting, but most want order (from the top at least). ZERO work life balance because they structure management so tight with endless task. One day you need this report the next day you need this report. Everything is on excel.
