Can't really think of anything I disliked during my 4+ years with the company

Health benefits, Monday through Friday, smaller business, decent pay

Micro managed to the extreme, no job security, owners play favoritism towards their children who work there, high turn over rate, do not value employees, not enough PTO, management can be immoral, employees pretend they are happy in fear of losing their job.
