Absolutely horrendous management. Rules and regulations on every single tiny thing. Any experienced forklift operator would lose their mind here. Extremely disorganized, and management freaks out if you want to organize it the way you want to. Because all they care about is exerting their own authority and not improving the place. I compare it to Stalin-era USSR because if you have a brain and can think for yourself you get fired (sent to Gulag).
