Pros
- Managers are friendly and compassionate
- Culture is top notch. No yelling, not much throwing under the bus, smiling faces, volunteering is promoted and time off given for this
- Leaders help you grow in your role
- Benefits are OK. Vacation amount starting out is good. They give you five free therapy appointments a year.
Cons
- Feb 2026: Mandatory work in office 5 days policy (you can WFH if you're sick or have an appt)
- Pay is lower
- You grow in your role but the pay doesn't match the expanded responsibility and title isn't changed to reflect new responsibility
- Company financials are going downhill. Somewhat just economic driven. They blame part of it on employees WFH which is part of the reason employees are required to work in office 5 days now.
- Transparency from leadership is lacking. Lots of whispers among coworkers because lack of open communication from the top
- Big layoffs at least once a year but they keep it hush hush and don't tell you who is no longer working with the company until you go to email them and realize they're deactivated
- Need more drug coverage on insurance. Also, out of pocket and deductible are high, especially if you want anyone other than yourself on the plan.
- Boys club. Almost all male leadership, especially at the very top.
