Amazing company to work for. We are the first US presence the work we do is so important so I believe in this company.

We are a lean organization with alot of work to be done but with many results and rewards to come

You get a paycheck. There is nothing positive to say about this company. Management and HR will tell you that the organization is LEAN which translates as that WE EXPECT you to do the work of 2 or 3 employees but receive compensation of 1 employee.

This company is a revolving door for employees. Only work here if you need a paycheck. There is no career development or growth. Promotions are not based on merit or hard work. It is truly a good ole boys club. The labs are outdated. Company DOES NOT CARE about the employees thus the high turnover. Also, management will lie and most job descriptions are not "all the duties" that you are responsible for. If you need $$, accept the offer , and don't unsee the RED FLAGS when you see them. IT CAN ALWAYS BE WORSE!
