      Pros

      Good pay, benefits. a lot of power in Merchandising to see results in the store sales and profits. With the volume, there was no lack of availability for new products or access to any product catagory.

      Cons

      Senior management can be too demanding at times. the higher you are up in the management the less manners were shown

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
