Pros
Decent Retail pay, especially when profit sharing is added in. Profit sharing percentage increases annually. Training is there if you take advantage of it. $2.50/hr in addition to regular pay for weekend work. Lots of upward mobility options, if you are willing to move. They like to promote from within, so if you are a good worker, you can advance.
Cons
Like almost all retail, odd irregular work schedule. Depending on the store, there is a lot of department politics and drama that can get tiring.
