      Pros

      Good managers, many responsibilities, the main reason this is good is that you get to work with the managers. I was involved in lots of different things and had to work hard.

      Cons

      pay, high stress, low quality work of others. Under payed for amount of work and stress of work. Compared to any other job in the store, deliveries had ten times the stress and the same or less pay. If they choose to pay DCs more, then the job would be much more bearable.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
