Pros

IPS, manger bonuses, extra 2.50$ an hour on weekends, lots of hours to work even for part time if you want them, easy to promote.

Cons

Raise from full time to an assistant department manager was .60 cents. Anything past part time you will be very overworked. If you become a manager expect far less pay than what you should be getting for the amount of work you do. Corporate office is corrupt. They wanted to demote my General Manager at the time so they did audits on our store continuously until you they had enough compiled to demote him. They held him to a ridiculously high standard that they never had before, nor did they do to the GM of our other local store. He was a GM for 15+ years.

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
