Cons
This company is very unorganized in every aspect. There is no communication between departments (They know this, yet nothing is done to fix it), and management is horrendous. They put people in charge who cannot do the job they are supervising, and they have no problem rewriting your job description over and over to fit their agenda. Management needs you to hold their hand and send them multiple emails a day in order to get a response for issues that are above our pay grade. The turnover rate is disgustingly high, and instead of hiring to replace, they tack extra responsibility on their remaining workers. This place is a literal circus! They do not care for their patients, and have steadily gone downhill, and they are very sketchy! I definitely recommend avoiding this place!
