Pros
Great people there doing the job day to day. Passionate about helping patients. Smart and capable employees with great ideas to share. They want to do what is right and have the ability to show initiative.
Cons
Higher level management speaks contemporary concepts, but there is an undercurrent of fear of making mistakes and disagreeing with the higher level leadership. It would not be a good idea to disagree with most at the VP and C-level. Mistakes are handled on a mechanical way rather than as a learning opportunity. Very little deviation from processes is tolerated.
