Busy hospital, Lots of new developments and future plans. Rebranding of the company is welcoming more patients.
Cons
Low pay, no part time positions with benefits, just per diem or full time with no benefits, hard to change any policies bc management is part of the workflow and doesn’t do anything about existing issues.
