Upper management it's more focused on money instead of the employees. There's no bonuses. They don't even offer health insurance to all of its employees, even when you're working for the hospital. They have cut many departments that were very important and contracted them to outside people to earn money for having people in their building instead of paying employees on their own and not giving them any benefits. How can you give excellent to your patience and to your staff when your not even part of MemorialCare but some other entity. That doesn't make you feel part of the team.
