      Pros

      There are many reasons why I find myself to be blessed to be a part of Memorial. In my support role, I get a chance to help providers be more efficient with their time on the computer. I get to help solve a lot of problems and build relationships with these providers. I am also fortunate to have a great leader who has helped me grow in this role and supports me at all times.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
